Role Description

The content writer will be responsible for creating and managing web content for uEngage's various businesses, including restaurant delivery, cloud kitchen delivery, cashless campus solutions, breweries and cafés, salon management and booking, and direct-to-consumer services.

Qualifications

Web Content Writing skills
Content Strategy and Content Management skills
Research and Writing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Previous experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the tech industry
Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategy
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including website copy, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Write clear, concise, and engaging content for our website, blog, landing pages, and other digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, target audience personas, and brand voice guidelines.
