AI Builder - Product Manager
Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write PRDs and disappear into meetings. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI—meaning you’ll think, build, test, and ship.
If your idea of product management is making slides… this will feel uncomfortable.
If you like breaking things, automating workflows, and shipping fast with AI tools—this will feel like home.
What You’ll Do
Build AI-first product features across digital commerce, CRM, and marketing automation
Convert vague ideas into working prototypes using tools like APIs, LLMs, and low-code frameworks
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship features fast
Define product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics (and actually track them)
Identify automation opportunities across customer journeys (acquisition → retention → engagement)
Experiment constantly—prompt engineering, workflows, integrations, and AI agents
Improve existing products by analyzing user behavior and data
What You Should Have
2–4 years of experience in Product / Engineering / Growth / Startup roles
Exposure to digital commerce, CRM, or marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and how systems talk to each other
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) beyond just asking questions
Ability to write structured documents (PRDs, specs, workflows)
Strong problem-solving mindset and bias toward action
Good to Have (but not mandatory)
Experience with tools like Zapier, Retool, Firebase, or similar
Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript / Python / SQL)
Understanding of customer lifecycle (funnels, retention, campaigns)
Experience working with startups or fast-paced teams
What We’re Looking For (Behaviorally)
You build before you ask for permission
You’re comfortable with ambiguity (because clarity is overrated early on)
Life at uEngage
Join our amazing team and be part of something extraordinary
