Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in lead qualification, client communication, and sales pipeline management. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete inside sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closure.
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service offerings.
- Schedule demos and coordinate with the business development or product teams.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process to build relationships and accelerate conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update and manage lead data, activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Share insights from customer interactions to refine sales scripts and offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and outreach strategies.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and persistent.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and outreach activities.
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS / IT / technology sales (if relevant).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Experience working with founders/senior decision makers.
