What You'll Do

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Oversee financial closing, accounting operations and statutory compliance, including GST and TDS.

• Ensure accurate, compliant and audit-ready financial records.

Business Finance & P&L

• Build and maintain product, business-line and client-level P&Ls.

• Analyse revenue, margins, profitability and overall business performance.

• Support leadership with financial insights for strategic and commercial decisions.

Reconciliation & Financial Controls

• Establish processes to identify revenue and cost leakages.

• Reconcile transactions, settlements, refunds, fees and bank credits.

• Strengthen financial controls and identify process gaps and risks.

Cash Flow & Financial Planning

• Manage cash flow, receivables, payables and working capital.

• Develop MIS, forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts team.

• Establish clear ownership and strengthen finance processes while remaining hands-on in critical areas.

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controllership or Business Finance.

• Experience managing a finance/accounts team.

• Hands-on experience in financial closing, reporting, GST, TDS, compliance and audit coordination.

• Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation, internal controls, P&L and profitability.

• Experience working with high-volume transactions and identifying financial discrepancies or risks.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and closely with founders and senior leadership.
