Marketing Head - For Leading Pizza QSR Chain in India

About the Role: We are hiring a Marketing Head for a partner F&B brand — a rapidly scaling pizza QSR chain with a strong pan-India presence. The brand is at an exciting growth stage, expanding aggressively across cities, and is looking for a sharp marketing leader to drive the next phase of consumer growth.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to build and lead marketing end-to-end at a growing consumer food brand.
As Marketing Head, you will own and lead integrated marketing across brand, digital, and performance channels. You will be responsible for building brand equity, driving consumer engagement, and directly contributing to business outcomes. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team, and have full ownership of the marketing function.
Key Responsibility:
• Own the annual marketing strategy — brand calendar, campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
• Lead brand positioning, communication, and creative direction across all touchpoints
• Drive digital and performance marketing — Meta, Google, aggregator ads, SEO, CRM
• Build and manage consumer loyalty, repeat ordering, and direct channel programs
• Plan and execute new outlet launch, city expansions, and seasonal campaigns
• Manage creative, media, and digital agency relationships
• Track and report marketing performance — CAC, ROI, brand recall, and consumer engagement metrics
• Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
What we are looking for:
Must-have experience
• 5–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team or function
• Demonstrated experience at a QSR, Food, D2C, or FoodTech brand
• Strong command of both brand marketing and digital/performance marketing — not just one
• Proven track record of campaigns that moved the revenue needle, not just brand metrics
Good to have
• Experience working at or with a leading creative or digital agency on food/consumer brand mandates
• Exposure to loyalty programs, CRM, and direct-to-consumer ordering channels
• Experience managing pan-India or multi-city marketing campaigns
• Comfortable with data — can read dashboards, interpret performance metrics, and act on insights
